Within 2 business days after each purchase. Once your payment is processed and approved, you’ll see your instant rebate on the dashboard and will be able to use it any time you want.

Once credited, you must use it within 6 months. Instant rebate credit cannot be extended.

Yes, the instant rebate can be applied to the value of materials only, excluding freight and tax. It cannot be combined with other discounts, such as coupons. The credit amount can't be used for shipping and fees, and financial constraints might limit its use.

Your membership tier changes automatically based on your annual purchasing volume. As your purchases accumulate, you'll ascend through the tiers, unlocking more exclusive benefits tailored to your membership level.

Instant rebates are specific to the contact and cannot be transferred if you change companies or cancel your account with SONCO.

In case of a return, the instant rebate value will be recalculated. If the order was canceled, the corresponding reward will be voided as well. However, for authorized returns, the instant rebate will be refunded.
